Grooveshark has reached a settlement and signed licensing agreements with Sony/ATV Music Publishing – ending a long-running copyright lawsuit.
The agreements resolve all matters and disputes between Grooveshark and Sony/ATV "to their mutual satisfaction", according to a release.
This marks the second licensing deal Grooveshark has recently made with a major publisher after reaching an agreement with EMI Music Publishing earlier this month.
