Grooveshark and EMI Music Publishing have signed a licensing agreement.
The news has been confirmed following the settlement of the latest lawsuit between the two parties, reported this morning.
A Grooveshark release states that the terms of the new agreement and settlement are confidential but that disputes have been resolved to 'mutual satisfaction'.
