Two Google executives are taking positions at Spotify, according to people close to the companies.

Re/code reports that Omid Kordestani, interim chief business officer at Google, will be sitting on the board of  the Swedish streaming platform.

Kordestani, who has been a senior advisor at Google for many years, took over his current role from Nikesh Arora and also serves as non-executive director at Vodafone.
