Glassnote Records is opening a UK office next month, which will be headed up by Sam Rumney.
Rumney will move over from his position as producer of Zane Lowe's award-winning Radio 1 show.
Glassnote founder Daniel Glass (pictured) told Music Week that he and Rumney will staff up the HQ in the coming months, in areas such as marketing, publicity and promotions.
Glassnote has signed artists such as Mumford & Sons, Givers, Phoenix and Little Green Cars in the US.
