Entertainment One (eOne) has announced the acquisition of Nashville-based Dualtone Music Group, home of The Lumineers (pictured).

The label has released 16 Grammy Award-nominated albums in its 15-year history, garnering four wins.  Its current roster also includes Langhorne Slim & The Law, Noah Gundersen, Wild Child, Robert Earl Keen and Guy Clark.

Dualtone was founded in 2001 by Scott Robinson, who continues to run the business alongside Paul Roper.
