eMusic CEO Adam Klein has left the company as the digital music service merges with e-book distributor, K-NFB Reading Inc.

That’s according to the Wall Street Journal, which says that the new entity will be known as Media Arc Inc., although eMusic and K-NFB will remain as operating units. It also says that a company spokesperson confirmed Klein’s departure.
