Digital music platform eMusic has been acquired by cloud computing company TriPlay.
TriPlay allows users to sync their media across a number of devices using its MyMusicCloud platform. The company snapped up eMusic for an undisclosed sum including both cash and stock.
eMusic staff have been told that they will be retained during the company's integration with TriPlay, according to Billboard.
