Downtown has acquired the US administration rights for a small part of The Beatles' early catalogue.
The deal is made up of the first two Beatles singles and their B-sides - Please Please Me, Ask Me Why, Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You. Free as a Bird - released in 1995 25 years after the band’s break up - is also included.
