Music manager Sarah Stennett and Len Blavatnik’s Access Industries have formed a new joint venture called First Access Entertainment.

The partnership was first rumoured in September this year. At the time, it was reported that the deal would open up a variety of Access businesses to Stennett's acts, with Blavatnik having interests in film, music (Warner Music Group), streaming services (Access is an investor in Deezer and, via Warner, Spotify) and multiple holdings in hotels and the fashion industry.
