Betting company Paddy Power has released the latest odds for the BRIT Awards 2013, and predicts that Emeli Sande will lead the pack of winners at the ceremony on Wednesday night (February 20).

The Scottish singer is tipped to dominate proceedings with odds of 1/6 and 1/10 to pick up Best Album and Best Female respectively.
