Sony/ATV has confirmed the appointment of William Booth as deputy managing director of its UK business.

The move by Booth, who most recently was director of licnesing for PRS for Music, reunites him with both Sony/ATV and EMI Music Publishing, which was acquired by a Sony/ATV-led consortim earlier this year.
