BBC Cymru Wales will take Welsh language musicians to a copyright tribunal in a dispute over rights and royalty payments.
The BBC is currently in negotiations with Eos, which represents Welsh language musicians who broke away from PRS for Music in December last year following changes in the way the collection society calculates royalty payments, leading to a decrease in payments.
