Apple streaming radio service imminent?
The discovery of ‘radio buy buttons’ on ‘jailbroken’ iPads has reignited rumours of a new Apple streaming service that could be launched in the coming months.
iOS jailbreaking is the process of removing the limitations of Apple devices running the operating system, allowing root access.
On a jailbroken iPad 9 to 5 Mac discovered ‘Radio Buy Buttons’ within the Music App. As the App doesn’t currently have radio functionality, the discovery could hint to a forthcoming radio streaming add-on.
