IPC saw declines in net circulation for both NME and Uncut in the first half of 2013, with the former seeing a drop of 13.2% period-on-period.
NME’s total average net circulation fell from 23,049 at the end of December 2012 to 20,011 by the end of June 2013. The H1 figure was a 16.4% decline year-on-year with the mag’s net circulation standing at 23,924 at the end of June 2012.
