Ticketing giant Eventim UK has launched its customer loyalty scheme FanBonus, which rewards customers for purchasing tickets with cashback vouchers.
Launched by parent company CTS Eventim earlier this year, FanBonus is now available in five countries and has been well received by its customers, according to the firm.
Benefits for members include a voucher for 3% of their total yearly order spend at the end of the year, as well as exclusive access to presales, competitions and offers. The scheme is open to both new and existing customers.
“We want to reward our customers for their love of live events," said Eventim UK's director of development, Dale Ballentine. "The launch of FanBonus allows us to give back to our customers every time they make a purchase. As well as the membership benefits of cashback vouchers, access to presales, and ticketing offers, we are in the process of finding more discounts and offers to reward our members with.”
