AllBright hires Global's Debbie Ward and Amy Oldham

Women’s networking and events collective AllBright has hired Debbie Ward and Amy Oldham from Global’s festivals arm.

AllBright, which was co-founded by former Hearst CEO Anna Jones, has also appointed Ward as chief commercial officer and Oldham as head of partnerships and live.

Ward and Oldham will be tasked with leading and growing AllBright's commercial partnerships and live events business as it continues to grow its network and community among women in the UK.

Ward brings more than 20 years of experience in the media and music to the role. She recently moved to Global from Live Nation to launch Global's newly acquired festival business. Ward’s remit included managing brand partnerships for 19 festivals, Printworks and Global's own branded events such as Summer Time Ball and Global Awards. Ward also ran Global’s Smirnoff Equalizing Music platform.

Oldham worked on festivals and brand partnerships at Global, curating solutions for brands such as Smirnoff, Superdry, Boots and Aussie Hair.

AllBright co-founder and former Hearst CEO Anna Jones (pictured) said: “In just over 12 months, AllBright has become a leading brand for inspirational working women and following on from the successful launch of our member's club and with our upcoming festival FoundHER, we are focussing on growing the business in the live events and partnerships space. For this reason we needed to appoint the best commercial talent to support our business growth.

“We are delighted that Debbie and Amy have joined AllBright with industry leading experience and a portfolio of working on some of the UK's best live events.”

AllBright has also hired Claudia Collins as its new head of marketing. Collins bring a wealth of integrated Marketing experience from both Ascential, the home of Cannes Lions and WGSN and also News UK, where she worked on brand strategy at The Times, The Sunday Times and The Sun.

“Collins joins us with a wealth of experience on some of the UK's leading brands at News UK and at a critical moment in the AllBright brand journey,” added Jones.

AllBright consists of female-only members’ clubs, an Academy, a programme of live events including a festival for working women in July and an investment platform and pitch days for female founders.

The company opened the UK’s first female-only members club for working women - The AllBright - in March this year. It also recently announced it is opening a second member’s club in Mayfair in 2019 due to overwhelming demand.

Live Nation hired promoters Sam Bush and Joe Schiavon from Global last year.
