Kobalt Music have today (October 3) announced they have signed a multi-faceted worldwide label services deal with The Kooks. The signing sees Kobalt offer The Kooks a full range of services including digital and physical distribution, marketing, sync licensing, and more.
Speaking about the deal, Paul Hitchman, president of Kobalt Music Recordings, said: “The Kooks are at the height of their powers right now and are going from strength to strength in both their live and recorded music careers. It’s especially exciting to see how their music is connecting with their audience on streaming platforms. We are very much looking forward to working with the band and their management team to maximise the global potential of their new record”

The Kooks head out on a UK arena tour in November and December.
