TicketWeb and Ticketmaster's Sam Isles reflects on a successful, but volatile year

Walking into Sam Isles’ office at Ticketmaster’s north London headquarters, the first thing that strikes you is the height of her desk. The average office wheelie chair  would sail cleanly underneath it.

Sitting with a smiling Isles at her meeting table, the impression is she’s comfortable with life at the top, even if we are at a more conventional height.
