When George Ergatoudis joined Spotify with the promise he could put his own programming team together, he was determined to do it right.
“The people that you employ – their abilities, their expertise is fundamental to the success of what we’re trying to do,” he tells Music Week as he takes us to meet said team.
“I purposely wanted people with different backgrounds, different expertise, different knowledge bases, different taste profiles and that is what I’ve managed to put together.”
