Amazon Music is rolling out "activities" via Alexa in the UK for its Prime Music and Amazon Music Unlimited listeners.
Amazon Music Unlimited, which launched in the UK in November 2016, allowed subscribers to ask for music by genre, era, mood and lyric.
The service has now built new voice controls specifically focused on activities requested by customers, including music ranging from meditation, partying and working out to Irish dancing, brunch and massage. Amazon Music now supports a total of 500 activity utterances.
The development follows news of a Spotify link-up with Google Home voice activation for free users.
